About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SIOP and Customer Success Manager to join our team at Carrier. As a key member of our Commercial HVAC Operations team, you will be responsible for long-term scheduling and capacity planning to align with customer and market requirements and financial commitments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a Master Schedule for the factory based on sales orders, order pipeline, and market demand.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams to deliver on customer requirements and forecast appropriately to optimize factory capacity.
  • Create Accurate Forecasts utilizing digital tools to reduce chiller lead time and optimize inventory.
  • Identify Key Data Needs and metrics to drive business decisions in the SIOP process.
  • Manage Supply Planning and Scheduling for aftermarket and accessory orders.
  • Measure and Analyze Key SIOP Metrics and monitor adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Reduce Excess Inventory through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Internal Groups to generate recommendations to solve capacity issues and support long-term sales demand.
  • Manage Engineering Changes into the schedule, including new programs and sustaining engineering changes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ Years of Experience in supply chain, SIOP, forecasting, demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, materials management, master planning, and scheduling.
  • Business Knowledge and general management skills.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
  • English Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
  • Project Management Skills.
  • Inventory Optimization and experience with Make to Order/Engineer to Order (MTO/ETO) manufacturing environments.
