The Customer Success Lead Opportunity

Townsquare Interactive provides best-in-class digital marketing solutions to small businesses across the country. As a Customer Success Lead, you will drive new customers through the initial deployment of their marketing campaigns post-sale. Your primary responsibility will be to provide an exceptional experience to our business customers, fielding their questions, and offering them sound campaign advice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients to ensure all their needs are understood and addressed.
  • Build strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers.
  • Develop new opportunities to upsell existing customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests.
  • Resolve issues and complaints and keep track of all processes that pertain to the client's desires.
Qualifications
  • Previous sales experience (preferred).
  • Bachelor's Degree (required).
  • Strong communication and follow-up/follow-through skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Desire to make money.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Able to create excitement and a strong sense of urgency when working with a high volume of new clients.
