About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our growing team at DebtBook. As a key member of our Customer Success Management team, you will be responsible for maintaining positive client relationships and driving adoption of our DebtBook suite of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own a book of business and drive retention of assigned accounts
  • Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers, engaging with contacts at all levels of the organization
  • Identify goals and desired outcomes with customers and outline a roadmap to achieve those outcomes through deeper adoption of DebtBook
  • Stay up-to-date on product changes and educate customers on the value of new functionality
  • Lead renewal discussions and identify opportunities for revenue growth and expansion
  • Actively monitor customer health and create risk mitigation plans to drive high customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of Customer Success Manager or Account Management experience in a SaaS environment
  • Excellent customer-facing skills, including training, coaching, and conflict resolution
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Experience with industry-leading CRM and CSP software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
