Job Description:

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team at Flexential. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement customized success plans to meet the unique needs of each customer.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular communication and proactive outreach.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the cloud, managed services, or colocation industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM systems and other customer management tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience directly managing Fortune 1000 customers.
  • Experience working in Gainsight or other customer success platforms.
  • Understanding of VMware applications, DRaaS, and BaaS solutions.
