We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our team at the Mental Health Center of Denver. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to individuals with mental illness.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, groups, and families.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Develop and maintain accurate and timely clinical records, adhering to established standards and protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of program policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Current licensure as a LCSW/LPC/LMFT in the State of Colorado.
- Minimum of three years of experience in clinical social work, with a focus on working with moderate to severe and persistently mentally ill populations.
- Strong knowledge of psychotherapy methods, community resources, and crisis intervention techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
