About the Role

Urban Peak Denver is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to youth experiencing homelessness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Services: Provide individual and group therapy sessions to youth, utilizing evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care.
  • Case Management: Develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and coordinate care with other service providers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members and community partners to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to youth services.
  • Program Development: Assist in the development and implementation of new programs and services to meet the evolving needs of our youth population.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of experience working with youth, preferably in a clinical or counseling setting.
  • Licensure: Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with diverse populations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
