About the Role

WellPower is seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our team. As a Mental Health Clinician, you will provide direct mental health clinical assessments and treatment to individuals with mental illness. You will work with others in a clinical team environment to help individuals move toward recovery.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Psychological Evaluations: Conduct thorough psychological evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Crisis Interventions: Provide crisis interventions to clients in need of immediate support and guidance.
  • Individual, Group, and Family Therapy: Lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions to help clients achieve their mental health goals.
  • Case Management: Provide case management services to clients, including connecting them with community resources and support services.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement treatment plans that address clients' unique mental health needs.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other clinicians and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, consistent with WellPower's standards.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • License: Current license as a LCSW/LPC/LMFT in the State of Colorado or ability to obtain within 24 months of employment.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year experience working with severe and persistently mentally ill populations.
