Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive Telecom - Channel to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for recruiting new and productive sales agents/channel partners, attending sales calls, and ensuring agents are educated and knowledgeable about our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit new and productive sales agents/channel partners
  • Attend sales calls with sales agents to present and assist in closing AireSpring opportunities with end-users
  • Ensure agents are educated and fully knowledgeable of AireSpring products, process, and procedures
  • Work with agents on thorough order submission per AireSpring's requirements
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address agent and agent customer's needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
Performance Measures
  • Achieves assigned sales quota
  • Meets assigned expectations for agent retention
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction rating with agents and agent's customers
  • Follow-up and assist agents and customers with customer service requests
  • Proactively seeks out new opportunities
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years prior telecom sales experience REQUIRED with a strong knowledge of voice and data products

This remote role is open to candidates anywhere in the United States. The compensation for this position will be determined based on factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location, and external market pay for comparable jobs.
