Sales Executive

Job Summary:
The Account Executive plays a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion for Amplify Recruiting. This individual will be responsible for leading and administering the selling of services and capabilities, including the planning, implementation, and execution of sales programs/campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and close company Assessment & Professional Services, Educational Courses, and products sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users and joint selling with company partners.
- Utilize proven sales processes to overcome objections, gain access to key decision-makers, and move opportunities from leads to prospects.
- Manage sales administration functions, including opportunity/deal tracking using CRM for smooth flow of deals to client approval.
- Contribute to and report personal sales metrics in weekly sales team meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the technology sales industry.
- Strong negotiation, verbal, and communication skills.
- Ability to recognize account/revenue/pipeline issues and concerns independently and create proactive variance plans to maintain performance.
