Job Title: Account Executive

At Amplify Recruiting, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for leading and administering the selling of services and capabilities, including the planning, implementation, and execution of sales programs/campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients and partners
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through effective sales processes and techniques
  • Managing sales administration functions, including opportunity/deal tracking and CRM management
  • Providing regular sales metrics and reporting to the sales team
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the technology sales industry
  • Strong negotiation, verbal, and communication skills
  • Ability to recognize account/revenue/pipeline issues and concerns independently and create proactive variance plans to maintain performance
