Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you'll play a crucial role in driving the growth of our customer base and revenue by engaging and closing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and convert a high volume of inbound leads into sales opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue additional potential customers through various channels, including cold outreach and networking.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the value of Read AI's solutions.
  • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely forecasting of sales activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at prospective customer organizations.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the customer and Read AI.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new customers.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on SaaS or technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an early-stage startup environment, particularly through managing and converting inbound leads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to, demo and influence decision makers.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices, particularly in managing inbound leads.
  • Ability to quickly understand and articulate technical concepts and value propositions.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
