Job OverviewAs an Insurance Account Position with Katherine Ball State Farm, you will play a key role in identifying customer needs and marketing insurance products or services that maximize value. Your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends will enable you to communicate directly with clients, develop leads, and establish quotas for our agency.

Responsibilities
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Collaborate with the agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.


Qualifications
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
  • Ability to effectively relate to customers.
  • Property & Casualty license required.
