Senior Account Manager

As a Senior Account Manager at 1406 Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients maximize their investment in HubSpot and achieve their business objectives. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, responsible for nurturing strong client relationships, providing ongoing support, and identifying opportunities for upselling our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Understand clients' unique goals and challenges and align HubSpot solutions to meet their needs.
- Proactively engage with clients to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and address any issues promptly.
- HubSpot Expertise:
- Provide high-level guidance to clients on best practices for use of HubSpot tools, automation, and features - typically in collaboration with members of our implementation consulting team.
- Ongoing Support and Projects Execution:
- Monitor client accounts and performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Tracking and coordination of internal team deliverables and project activities to ensure completion on time and within budget.
- Upselling and Expansion:
- Actively identify opportunities for upselling additional services or HubSpot features to existing clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, etc.).
- Demonstrable experience as an Account Manager or similar client-facing role.
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Certified, Inbound Certified) are preferred.
- Strong experience using project management software such as Teamwork.com, Asana, ClickUp, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to drive customer success and satisfaction.
