Position Overview

1. Investigate local consumption patterns and user behaviors in the U.S. to provide strategic insights that support local strategies and merchandise planning through data analysis.

2. Conduct research on consumer profiles and purchasing behaviors in the U.S. market. Offer recommendations for business growth based on analytical findings, and work with business teams to enhance governance processes.

3. Analyze the retail market landscape (including industry trends, competitors, and products) and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations for business enhancement.

4. Employ both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to uncover in-depth insights into user needs and challenges; perform comprehensive analyses of market trends and competitor strategies; propose actionable product strategies and marketing positioning plans.

Qualifications

1. Proficient in user research and market insights, with over 5 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce user research and market analysis.

2. Experience in strategy consulting or internet industry analysis is advantageous; strong skills in data analysis and presentation (PPT) are essential.

3. Ability to think structurally and analyze effectively, with strong communication skills.

4. Demonstrated execution capabilities, drive, and collaborative spirit, with the ability to maintain effective communication across various teams.

5. Preferred background includes study or work experience in the U.S. or overseas in e-commerce, with fluency in English and Chinese.
