About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Community Autism Services. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional behavioral services to children with autism and contributing to our mission of transforming lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Direct Intervention: Provide direct intervention in home, school, and community settings to support children with autism.
  • Conduct Assessments and Education: Conduct parent/caregiver education and functional behavior assessments to inform treatment plans.
  • Develop and Implement ABA Programs: Create tailored ABA programs for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
  • Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Implement evidence-based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions to support children with autism.
  • Collect and Analyze Data: Collect behavioral data, complete progress notes, and manage cases to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
  • Provide Clinical Direction and Support: Provide clinical direction, training, and support to ABA Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality services.
  • Supervise Staff: Supervise staff pursuing BCBA and RBT certification to support their professional development.
Requirements
  • Active BCBA Certification: Possess an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Caseload Flexibility: Be flexible to work with diverse caseloads and adapt to changing needs.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Leadership Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal, collaborative, organizational, and leadership skills to support a high-performing team.
  • Prior Supervisory Experience: Have prior experience in supervising ABA programs for individuals with autism.
