About the Role

Covelo Group is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Specialist to join our Educational Services team. As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting teachers, staff, and school administrators in creating a positive learning environment for students with behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying causes of student behavior
  • Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans to address student behavior challenges
  • Provide training and support to teachers and behavior techs on behavior management techniques
  • Collaborate with school administrators to develop and implement school-wide behavioral support systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Master's degree in behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
  • BLS certification
