Position Overview

1. Investigate local consumption patterns and user behaviors in the U.S. to provide strategic insights and support for local strategies and merchandise planning through data integration and analysis.

2. Conduct research on consumer profiles and purchasing behaviors within the U.S. market. Offer recommendations for business growth based on analytical findings. Work alongside business teams to enhance governance processes, including risk assessment and management.

3. Analyze the retail market landscape (including industry trends, competitors, and products) and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations for business enhancement.

4. Employ both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to uncover in-depth insights into unmet user needs and challenges. Conduct thorough analyses of market trends and competitor strategies, proposing actionable product strategies and marketing positioning plans.

Qualifications

1. Proficient in user research and market insights, with over 5 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce research and market analysis.

2. Experience in strategy consulting or internet industry analysis is advantageous; strong skills in data analysis and presentation are essential.

3. Ability to think structurally and analyze effectively, with strong communication and expression skills.

4. Demonstrated execution capabilities, strong drive, and collaborative spirit, with the ability to maintain effective communication across various teams.

5. Preferred candidates will have experience studying or working abroad in e-commerce, with fluency in English and Chinese.
