Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Facilities with preparing reports and presentations to drive business decisions
  • Maintain open communication with all departments to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Perform a range of clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining files and databases
  • Conduct accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking to ensure financial accuracy
  • Work closely with the procurement department to negotiate vendor agreements and RFP's
  • Provide backup support for Facility Administrator and Fleet Manager as needed

Requirements

  • Office Experience - Minimum 2 years' experience in an office setting
  • Microsoft Skills - Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Leadership Skills - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Communication Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
