Job Title: Project Superintendent

About the Role:

Connolly Brothers, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee the construction of our projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and direct on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Collaborate with project managers to review and analyze project timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and implement operating methods and procedures to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure work on site is performed in accordance with contract documents and specifications.
  • Enforce safety programs and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Maintain existing customer and subcontractor relationships.
  • Maintain MA Construction Supervisor's License.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of fifteen years of related experience or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Prior experience with Procore Management Software.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
  • Ability to effectively present information to top management, customers, and employees.
