Treasury Director

Job Summary:

ATN International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treasury Director to lead our financial operations and risk management efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and direction on all aspects of treasury, including cash management, risk mitigation, and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective cash management strategies to optimize liquidity and minimize risk
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate financial risks
• Provide expert advice on treasury operations, including cash forecasting, disbursements, and intercompany obligations
• Support strategic finance initiatives, including financing and refinancing activities
• Lead special projects and ad hoc analysis, as requested

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in banking, treasury, and/or investor relations
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and instruments
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) license
• Master's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance
• Familiarity with banking compliance reporting
• Exposure to hedging programs
• Previous involvement in corporate insurance programs
