Position Overview

Leeding Builders Group is seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team of construction experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee on-site administrative and technical management for a variety of construction projects.
  • Direct and organize construction activities within your designated area, which may encompass single or multiple disciplines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding daily job site operations or coordinate with client representatives on-site.
  • Ensure that all job site operations comply with design specifications, are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with administrative field staff, field management, and particularly the Project Manager to ensure coordinated efforts.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, along with 4 years of relevant construction experience or equivalent education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Experience as a Construction Superintendent with a larger general contractor.
  • Proven ability to oversee and manage subcontractors on large, complex construction projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Experience in high-rise construction projects.
  • Possession of OSHA certifications.
