About the Job

Talent Leverage is seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing data and records, organizing and scheduling meetings and events, and providing administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases in Salesforce
  • Prepare and process customer orders and invoices
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication with sales, other departments, and clients
  • Assist with project coordination and ensure timely and effective administrative support
  • Prepare weekly reports and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
