Key Responsibilities
Client Assistance: Provide support to clients regarding inquiries, policy details, and general assistance.
Administrative Support: Carry out tasks that aid the Financial Representative in the daily operations of the business, including typing, filing, and managing client appreciation initiatives.
Appointment Management: Organize and coordinate the Financial Representative's schedule by engaging with clients and prospects to arrange meetings.
Customer Engagement: Deliver outstanding service to clients, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
Licensing: Candidates must be willing to obtain a Nevada Property & Casualty license within 60 days of employment. Preferred candidates will secure the license prior to the start of employment or during the onboarding process.
Experience: Ideal candidates will have prior experience in the insurance sector, preferably within an agency environment.
Organizational Skills: Demonstrated strong organizational capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and basic office applications.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with colleagues and foster a positive team atmosphere.
Professional Demeanor: Maintain a polished and professional presence in all interactions with clients and coworkers.
