  • Manage incoming mail and maintain customer records.
  • Follow the active collections process as per business guidelines.
  • Calculate and post billing adjustments as necessary.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional clerical tasks as required.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned within the reasonable scope of the position.

Essential Requirements:

  • Physical: Ability to sit for extended periods while using a computer.
  • Sensory: Must be able to see, hear, and communicate clearly in English.
  • Mental: Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Language: Bilingual skills are advantageous but not mandatory.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts as needed.
