Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests, ensuring a positive initial impression.
  • Efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes with precision and care.
  • Offer comprehensive information regarding hotel amenities, services, and nearby attractions.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Process guest payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Collaborate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and guarantee a smooth experience.
  • Keep the front desk area clean and organized.
  • Assist with administrative duties, including answering phone calls and managing reservations.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with team members and external contacts.
  • Capable of managing a busy workload and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Must meet the minimum age requirement to serve alcohol as per state regulations.

Educational Background:
High school diploma or GED preferred.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
This position requires working in a dynamic and physically demanding setting. Responsibilities include standing, walking, and lifting objects as needed. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with guests and have the ability to navigate various physical tasks.
