About Shane Co.

At Shane Co., we're seeking a dynamic and goal-driven individual to join our team as a Jewelry Consultant. As a consultative sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer experiences. With at least two years of consultative sales experience, you will excel at understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales presentations that emphasize the features and benefits of our products
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships and maximize sales performance
  • Train and mentor new team members, share expertise, and provide feedback

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of consultative sales experience selling products with distinct features and benefits
  • Availability during evenings and weekends
  • High level of visual acuity and manual dexterity
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
