Your Responsibilities
• Enhance current sales, cultivate new business opportunities, and establish a robust client portfolio in the Western region, specifically California and Nevada.
• Expand partnerships with leasing firms, fleet operators, and trailer services.
• Develop business relationships with Body Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
• Strategically plan and implement sales initiatives to improve profitability and service quality across the territory.
• Conduct sales presentations to a diverse range of potential clients, utilizing our Demo Trucks as needed.
• Generate and qualify leads.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets.
• Negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
• Assist in setting pricing structures for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
• Compile weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Analyze sales data to assess market potential and inventory needs while monitoring customer preferences.
• Organize and manage regional meetings and associations.
• Participate in discussions with vendors and suppliers.
• Represent the company at trade association events to showcase products.
Your Qualifications
• Must be a resident of California or willing to relocate.
• At least 5 years of experience in Business to Business (B2B) Sales.
• Preferred background in truck equipment or truck sales.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Understanding of marketing strategies, product demonstrations, sales techniques, and sales management systems.
• Familiarity with customer service principles, including needs assessment and quality standards.
• Knowledge of media production and communication methods, including written, oral, and visual media.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills tailored to the audience's needs.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with logical reasoning to evaluate alternative solutions.
• Experience in teamwork and collaboration.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate resourcefulness with minimal supervision.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and influencing outcomes positively.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and create reports.
• Willingness to travel across various states in the U.S. for client meetings and trade shows.
