Job Title: Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team at InBody. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging prospective customers in the academic industry to meet or exceed set quotas and goal objectives.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a hunger for building customer relationships and aligning customer priorities with InBody's values. You will work to build and maintain relationships with departments within academic institutions, including wellness programs, recreation centers, athletics, community outreach programs, and more.

You will be responsible for demonstrating, promoting, and selling InBody's professional line of Body Composition Analyzers, strategically presenting functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers to meet and exceed sales quota.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate, promote, and sell InBody's professional line of Body Composition Analyzers
  • Develop and foster relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Execute sales strategies and adhere to current and any updated strategies, KPI's and policies
  • Meet and exceed targets by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual individual and team sales quota and goals for new customer acquisition
  • Track progress and results by recording prospect interactions and tracking goal attainment in CRM system
  • Research and understand target market by staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and InBody's overall market opportunity

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or four (4+) years of relevant work experience
  • One or more (1+) years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding quota and working with the end users and purchasing departments within academic institutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
  • Type 40+ WPM
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain high daily call volume (50+/day)
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Zoho)
  • Demonstrate a track record of identifying and closing new business using a consultative and collaborative approach
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including persuasive negotiation, public speaking, and presentations
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Travel (up to 10%) for business trips and tradeshows
  • Must be able to commute to the office located in Cerritos, CA

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Three or more (3+) years of sales experience with a proven record of meeting and exceeding quota in fitness, nutrition, medical device, pharmaceutical, and/or related field

Annual Salary Range:

$55,000 - $70,000 base + uncapped commission
