About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales representative to join our team. As a Territory Manager, you will actively seek out and engage prospective customers to meet or exceed set quotas and goal objectives focused on the Medical & Academic industry. You will be essential in building customer relationships and aligning customer priorities with InBody's values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate, promote, and sell InBody's professional line of Body Composition Analyzers - Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers to meet and exceed sales quota.
  • Develop and foster relationships - Maintain close communications with existing and prospective clients to close sales and promote customer retention.
  • Execute sales strategies - Adhere to current and any updated strategies, KPI's and policies.
  • Meet and exceed targets - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual individual and team sales quota and goals for new customer acquisition.
  • Track progress and results - Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in CRM system.
  • Research and understand target market - Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and InBody's overall market opportunity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience.
  • 1+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding quota.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain high daily call volume (50+/day).
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Zoho).
  • Demonstrate a track record of identifying and closing new business using a consultative and collaborative approach.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including persuasive negotiation, public speaking, and presentations.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Travel (up to 10%) for business trips and tradeshows.
  • Proficiency with Office365 and type 40+ WPM.
  • Able to commute to the office located in Cerritos, CA.
