Hamdan Resources is seeking a dedicated Senior Federal Systems Integrator Sales Executive who possesses a robust background in IT and sales, with 5-10 years of experience in managing accounts within their designated territory. This position requires extensive engagement within the Federal Systems Integrator (FSI) sector, including on-site interactions with key stakeholders such as CIOs, supply chain personnel, and project teams to foster relationships and identify how our organization can enhance their initiatives. Established connections within the FSI community are crucial for success in this role. The FSI division is a pivotal element of Hamdan Resources' long-term sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement the HVF Systems Integrator Go-To-Market strategy in collaboration with the Sales and Channel teams to ensure that HVF's market share within the SI community is expanding in alignment with overall business growth.
  • Establish and nurture relationships at the C-suite, program, and supply chain levels within significant FSI accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with sales, specialty sales, and leadership teams to develop account-specific sales capture strategies.
  • Identify and cultivate new revenue opportunities within both existing and prospective Systems Integrator accounts, gaining access to new business through these partnerships.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to drive growth in targeted accounts where the Systems Integrator leads.
  • Create impactful sales presentations and value propositions that highlight HVF's offerings and competitive advantages for the SI community.
  • Support the execution of the Go-To-Market strategy and manage targeted performance area sales campaigns to stimulate new growth.
  • Set measurable growth objectives for the Systems Integrator community, ensuring clarity on performance indicators by the end of the fiscal year.
  • Report directly to the Director of FSI Sales or the Chief Revenue Officer.

Qualifications:

  • 7-10+ years of proven success in achieving sales quotas within the federal market, particularly through Federal Systems Integrators.
  • Deep understanding of the federal marketplace, including industry trends, client requirements, and business drivers.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in crafting and delivering client-facing sales presentations.
  • Ability to articulate insights on current market trends, establishing immediate credibility and engagement with clients.
  • Capable of working independently on complex projects with a high degree of self-motivation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Exceptional written communication skills.
  • A desire for a career-oriented setting that balances professionalism with a positive work atmosphere.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

  • Generation of Sell-To Pipeline
  • Development of Sell-Through Pipeline
  • Conducting Program and Business Development meetings
  • Identification of critical "MUST-WIN" programs within each Principal FSI Account
