Job Summary: As a Homeowner Service Liaison at Beazer Homes, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to homeowners. This includes receiving and reviewing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and conducting repair inspections with homeowners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review correspondence from homeowners and respond in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments with homeowners to discuss repair needs and expectations.
- Conduct repair inspections with homeowners, utilizing tact and diplomacy to ensure a positive experience.
- Determine the necessary repairs to be made, taking into account the homeowner's needs and expectations.
