Residential Sales HVAC Account Manager

Job Summary:

Carrier Enterprise is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager for Residential HVAC Sales to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing sales potential through developing and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a CRM database and utilize internal industry leading technology offerings to stay current on sales training courses and continued learning.
  • Develop and maintain customer profiles, identify growth opportunities on assigned accounts and new accounts, and participate in account reviews for their assigned customer list.
  • Provide input to Wholesale Management and Product Management on products to be stocked and levels needed, and mentor Branch Sales Associates on sales skills.
  • Provide superior customer service to external and internal customers, and stay current on sales training courses and continued learning.
  • Perform regular recruiting efforts to grow account list and leverage monthly/seasonal promotions for their assigned account list, maximizing customer engagement in each program.

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of proven experience in an outside sales capacity.
  • Knowledge of HVAC equipment is a huge plus.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suites and ability to conduct customer follow ups regularly through system, phone, email and in person.
  • Highly energetic, motivated self-starter with strong work ethic, proactive and resourceful in an autonomous work environment.
  • Must be results, detail, and team oriented, with excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills and ability to obtain and maintain a valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
