Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and targeted outreach
- Negotiate and secure partnerships with key stakeholders
- Develop and implement account growth strategies to drive revenue and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and drive business results
- Proactively address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
