Job OverviewThis role focuses on managing, nurturing, and expanding relationships with strategic partners to enhance business development in the home services industry. You will be responsible for building new partnerships and ensuring existing ones thrive by strategically engaging partners and providing them with the tools and support needed to succeed.
Main Responsibilities:- Identify and Onboard New Partners: Build strong relationships with prospective partners in the home services industry, including contractors, service providers, and other key stakeholders, to expand our network and drive growth.
- Develop and Execute Partnership Strategies: Create and implement tailored engagement strategies to demonstrate the value of partnering with ActiveProspect. Customize partnership plans to address the unique needs of the home services sector, highlighting how our solutions can enhance customer acquisition for partner clients and end installers.
- Manage and Nurture Existing Partnerships: Oversee ongoing relationships with current home service partners to ensure they are motivated, productive, and aligned with ActiveProspect's business objectives. Actively work to expand opportunities within these partnerships to ensure mutual success.
- Conduct Regular Partner Reviews: Host periodic meetings and performance reviews with partners, providing feedback, assessing performance, and identifying new growth opportunities. Ensure that partners are leveraging the tools and resources needed to drive success in the home services market.
- Strengthen Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong connections with key decision-makers within partner organizations, including executives, sales leaders, and technical teams. Ensure alignment between partner goals and ActiveProspect's offerings.
- Proven experience in partner management or business development, preferably within the home services or lead generation space.
- Strong understanding of the home services industry and its unique challenges and opportunities.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute on partnership initiatives to drive business growth.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
