As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented individual to take on the role of Creative Director. This position is pivotal in shaping the creative direction and cohesive branding across our various brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creative vision for each UJUU brand, ensuring a consistent and compelling visual identity.
  • Develop and implement innovative concepts, guidelines, and strategies for a range of creative projects, overseeing them from inception to completion.
  • Establish brand standards and procedures to maintain brand integrity across all products.
  • Recruit, mentor, and inspire a team of creative professionals, including art directors, illustrators, and copywriters.
  • Manage the daily workflow of the creative team, assigning projects and monitoring deadlines and budgets.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering their professional growth.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and new data, adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of creative initiatives and propose future actions based on results.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions to cultivate innovative ideas.
  • Craft engaging and impactful copy that resonates with the UJUU community.
  • Review and refine content and presentations, providing constructive feedback to the team.
