As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented individual to take on the role of Creative Director. This position is pivotal in shaping the creative direction and cohesive branding across our various brands.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the creative vision for each UJUU brand, ensuring a consistent and compelling visual identity.
- Develop and implement innovative concepts, guidelines, and strategies for a range of creative projects, overseeing them from inception to completion.
- Establish brand standards and procedures to maintain brand integrity across all products.
- Recruit, mentor, and inspire a team of creative professionals, including art directors, illustrators, and copywriters.
- Manage the daily workflow of the creative team, assigning projects and monitoring deadlines and budgets.
- Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering their professional growth.
- Stay informed on industry trends and new data, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of creative initiatives and propose future actions based on results.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions to cultivate innovative ideas.
- Craft engaging and impactful copy that resonates with the UJUU community.
- Review and refine content and presentations, providing constructive feedback to the team.
- Creative and strategic mindset with a multidisciplinary approach.
- Energetic and empathetic leader who is self-motivated and capable of independent work.
- Proficient in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, InVision, and Figma.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital design, particularly in web and eCommerce.
- Skilled in branding development, design evaluation, and marketing campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of design principles, copywriting, and web practices.
- In-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing strategies.
- Reflective thinker who seeks continuous learning from experiences and data.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on positive outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
