We are seeking a highly skilled Field Engineer to join our team at Omni Inclusive. As a key member of our data center operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting complex IT infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, and network equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update firmware, BIOS, and drivers for various hardware components
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware issues and share logs for troubleshooting
  • Manage inventory, parts, and logistics for data center operations
  • Install, configure, and maintain latest Windows and Unix servers
  • Manage and troubleshoot VMware environments, including vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi
  • Configure and deploy new Dell, Client, and Cisco UCS Blades
  • Troubleshoot storage components, including internal storage, attached storages, SAN switches, and HBA
  • Provide H&F support for backup devices, rack-stack, and troubleshooting hardware issues
  • Install, configure, and support network equipment, including routers, switches, and UPS/PDUs
  • Manage and support UPS/PDUs connected to network gears and replace faulty batteries
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in data center operations and IT infrastructure management
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, firmware, and software components
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with multiple teams, including network, VM, storage, backup, and Unix
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
