Job Overview:

BMI Hospitality Management is seeking a motivated and experienced Guest Service Manager to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Seattle - SeaTac Airport. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring seamless hotel operations.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel front desk operations, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and leading high-performing teams. You will be responsible for scheduling staff, assigning duties, and observing performance to ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures. Additionally, you will provide training to front desk staff, select or assist in the selection of new hires, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule staff based on business demand and ensure all front desk shifts are covered
  • Assign duties to front office staff and observe performance to ensure adherence to hotel policies and established operating procedures
  • Provide training, including safety training, to front desk staff
  • Select or assist in the selection of front office staff and complete all new hire paperwork
