We are seeking a Lead Architectural Project Manager to become a vital part of our team. In this position, you will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and Senior Project Designer to ensure the success of projects and facilitate effective communication within the team. Your duties will encompass overseeing project budgets, document quality, technical details, and team collaboration.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the integrity of design intent throughout the project lifecycle
  • Oversee the design process from initial concept through to construction
  • Coordinate with external consultants and ensure precise documentation
  • Supervise team members and evaluate technical drawings
  • Lead the project team and provide mentorship to junior staff
  • Foster client relationships and uphold project quality standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues and engage in project development

Essential Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of design, construction practices, and sustainability principles
  • Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture; a Master's degree is preferred
  • Over 10 years of experience in design
  • Licensed Architect with active registration
  • LEED accreditation required within six months of employment
