About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Architectural Designer to join our team at BASILE Studio. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading projects from concept to completion, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional design services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage design projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative and effective design solutions.
  • Manage and coordinate project documentation, including design development, construction documents, and permitting.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure projects are progressing as planned.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Provide design guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on project management and leadership.
  • Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
