Key Responsibilities
Under professional mentorship, you will:
- Assist in the evaluation of new construction projects (travel within the Bay Area may be required)
- Conduct and document field observations for property and facility condition assessments of existing and new buildings (travel within the Bay Area may be required)
- Perform cost assessments for building repairs and replacements
- Review plans for compliance with general codes and adequacy of design, coordination, detailing, and building materials
- Draft reports based on field observations and coordinate team activities
- Support the preparation of architectural and engineering construction documents for existing building repairs
