As a champion for our core values, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, overseeing project profitability, and growing our Science & Technology Studio in your region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain a network of past and current clients and industry partners, providing leadership and advocating for excellence in design.
  • Project Management: Oversee and lead a group of Project Managers/Studio to establish revenue targets, sales, and manage the resulting book of business to maximize profitability for the firm.
  • Studio Growth: Help grow Taylor Design's Science & Technology Studio in your region, maintaining high-level communication with client decision-makers.
  • Contract Management: Assist Project Managers in establishing mutually acceptable contracts with clients and execute contracts within the firm's policies.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Licensed Architect, project management certification from a recognized accredited program, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 12+ years' experience in the architectural or interior design profession, with proven experience in the Science & Technology market.
