Job Title: Sales Manager

SafeTouch Security is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Tallahassee, FL. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, maintaining a strong knowledge base of our products and services, and driving sales activities with both new and existing customers in the assigned market area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Maintain and manage a strong knowledge base of SafeTouch's products and services.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales and account management experience in the electronic security integration or related industry.
  • Strong computer applications skills with MS-Office. Experience with Salesforce a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and customer service-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; capable of managing multiple tasks, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong at establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to pass drug screening and background requirements.
  • Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets insurance requirements.
Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 15 pounds occasionally. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Tallahassee, FL.

Travel:

Approximately 20%.

Reports to:

CSO.

Job Type:

Full-time.

Salary range:

$60-70k plus incentives.
