New Business Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aerospace Sales Professional to join our team at NPAworldwide. As an External Sales Representative, you will be responsible for securing and driving results from new customers within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and convert profitable sales opportunities within their region.
  • Develop and cultivate a strong prospect list to ensure continuity in new business being discovered and onboarded.
  • Manage cold calls and build a rapport with new business prospects to arrange face-to-face meetings.
  • Represent the business positively at trade shows in the region.
  • Accurately forecast sales revenue and maintain a sales pipeline through regular sales reviews and meetings.
New Business Implementation

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring all solutions discussed with the client are recorded and passed over internally to ensure successful onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Introduce relevant team members within the company to ensure the customer is onboarded and embedded successfully.
  • Work with the Regional Head of Sales to ensure all customer contract requirements are signed and saved on the system.
  • Collaborate with the CS Team to ensure rates are approved and loaded in the system for accurate quoting purposes.
RFP / RFQ Handling

You will be responsible for assessing new customer requests to ensure the opportunity represents a realistic chance to win new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Involve the Regional Head of Sales in any enquires from new customers to ensure correct resources are allocated to the project.
  • Collaborate with the CS Teams to collect pricing in the region and guide on margin expectations.
Strategic Development

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven individual to identify new sales channels and customers within the aerospace vertical and actively contribute to the development of the customer solution offering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and propose new opportunities for consideration within the aerospace vertical.
  • Develop presentations to convey company credentials and capabilities to customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in a customer-facing, targeted environment, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Sales and customer service driven.
  • Work proactively using own initiative.
