Electrical Sales Professional

Rexel USA is a leading distributor of electrical supplies, services, and solutions. We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Miami, FL.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on electrical supplies. They will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality relationships with new and existing customers, utilizing company digital tools and products to connect with consumers and develop creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell, market, promote, and demonstrate electrical products to customers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase business and expand customer base.
- Collaborate with leadership, team members, and suppliers to plan, track, and implement sales strategies.
- Assist customers with product selection and application, utilizing knowledge, internal specialists, and supplier representatives.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Learn and evaluate customer operations to identify customer objectives, requirements, and preferences, and present tailored solutions.
- Work with management, credit, and customers to resolve payment issues promptly.
- Gather and report information regarding the company, competitors, pricing, products, and current and future market.
- Participate in professional development to improve sales skills and maintain technical capabilities.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver's License.
- 3+ years of sales or electrical industry experience.
