About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at FosterThomas. As an Administrative Operations Coordinator, you will provide critical support to our Executive Team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and administrative tasks are executed efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced environment, with proficiency in MS Office and HCM systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and time management skills are essential for this role.

As a full-time virtual employee, you will work closely with practice leadership to ensure proper information is gathered, create and update basic client contracts, coordinate technology needs, and manage supplies. Additionally, you will assist the talent practice by updating job postings on career websites and sourcing candidates using databases and social media.
