Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Annapolis Micro Systems. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and employees.
As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, emails, and phone calls. You will be required to prepare, pack, and ship products to our customers, handle receiving and processing of production parts and inventory, and distribute them in a timely manner.
You will also be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of our office morale by keeping public areas tidy and distributing acknowledgments of special events in employees' lives. Additionally, you will assist with clerical tasks as needed and drive to pick-up or deliver equipment or products to our employees and vendors.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong teamwork and customer service skills
