About the Job:

Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC is seeking a Financial Operations Coordinator to join our CODEX Business Unit in Annapolis Junction, MD. As a key member of our team, you will provide financial support to various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely financial data.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial data entry, reconciliation, and analysis.
  • Billing and invoicing, including coordination with clients and stakeholders.
  • Expense tracking, reporting, and budgeting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year Financial Operations/Accounting experience OR an Advanced degree in a related field and 0 years prior relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Working knowledge of Excel capabilities (Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Tables and Get Data) and fundamental Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Conditionals).
  • Clearable at the U.S. government issued TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance level is mandatory for this role. U.S. citizenship is required.

Estimated Salary Range: $59,000 - $113,000 per annum, based on experience.
