We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Associate Director to join our team at Optum. As a key member of our Professional Administration Department, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to our clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional outcomes.
  • Quality and Safety: Develop and implement policies and procedures to drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
  • Education and Competency: Collaborate with our clinical education team to design and deliver comprehensive education programs, ensuring our staff has the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure our organization remains compliant with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a strong reputation for excellence.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing, with a graduate degree in healthcare or nursing preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of clinical nursing experience, with 3+ years of management experience and a proven track record of success.
  • Certifications: Active unrestricted RN license in the State of Washington, BLS certification, and other relevant certifications.
