Office Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration Manager to join our Madison, Wisconsin office. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the general office operations and supervising the firm's IT staff, receptionists, and the Office Services Department staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office
- Supervise and manage the IT staff, receptionists, and Office Services Department staff
- Ensure the smooth operation of office systems and processes
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve office efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve firm goals
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years' prior office administration and supervisory experience
- Prior experience in a law firm environment is preferred
