Executive Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth and profitability. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and be able to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets
- Lead a team of sales professionals to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS TO DRIVE REVENUE GROWTH AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales or Marketing, Business Administration, or another industry-related field required; MBA preferred
- At least 8-10 years of industry-related experience including 5 years in executive management required
- Advanced computer knowledge including email, Word, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel as required
