Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth and profitability. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and be able to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS TO DRIVE REVENUE GROWTH AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales or Marketing, Business Administration, or another industry-related field required; MBA preferred
  • At least 8-10 years of industry-related experience including 5 years in executive management required
  • Advanced computer knowledge including email, Word, Excel, and accounting software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel as required
